We use strict guidelines in which advertising services we accept. Most of the advertising we do
we already have our contacts in place.
We do not accept advertisers who solicit by phone.
We do not accept advertisers who have annual fees with guaranteed leads.
We do not accept pay per click advertising.
We do not pay for dead or competed leads.
We have 20-30 advertisers soliciting us per day with all different types of advertising
possibilities. And most of what we get are companies whose phone salesperson thinks they
have "the exclusive" or they have a "can't lose product". Their lead statistics are NOT of actual
customers but mostly inquiries for service or keyword hits on a web site. These are not valuable
to us and we wouldn't pay for this type of service. Getting posted on the front of a high profile
browser is nice and draws a lot of attention, but so does standing next to the side of a
expressway.
We are only interested in advertisers who back their product by real results. Or have and co-op
proposal.
We don't mind paying for leads that turn into jobs at a reasonable commission price.
We don't mind flat rate lead generation fees provided they are reasonable an meet our
requirements of 50-70% outcome of jobs.
We also don't mind banner trading provided it is a related product that doesn't violate
anything or anyone.
